Our team faced significant time constraints, making it difficult to implement a robust engineering process with the usual development protocols. The hardware solutions needed to be off-the-shelf components that could seamlessly integrate into the final system. Additionally, the software (UI) and firmware environments had to be part of an ecosystem rich with drivers and libraries.

We developed several systems using the embedded Rust ecosystem, chosen for its code safety and rapid development capabilities, on the RP2040 microcontroller.
Our team designed a comprehensive hardware-software interface and system architecture.
We implemented a graphical user interface (GUI) that allows interaction with the system from both Windows and Linux machines. Comprehensive documentation and user manuals were created to facilitate ease of use and implementation.
